Two days ago we learned that Steve Jobs would be stepping down as CEO of Apple.
Undoubtedly, Jobs has been the visionary of this era for his foresight into products that enrich peoples lives, even if they didn't realise they needed them until they possessed them.
Compared to others, I'm a relative newcomer to the Apple product line. My first iPod in 2006, iPhone in 2008, MacBook Pro in 2009, iPad in 2010 and Apple TV's in 2011.
But what I and others have found are products that are so well designed, so thought through, so beneficial to the way you undertake your existence that you can see why Apple believe their products are magical. And the chief wizard? No surprises there about the guy stirring the cauldron of ideas....
Watching his address at Stanford, his views on taking risks, going with your ambitions and beliefs is a valid rallying call for us to be more entrepreneurial in our lives and careers. The best results come from the desire to not just accept the norm, but to push boundaries.

Hopefully others will follow with the same visionary approaches. These are the individuals that change the world. Who inspire. Who motivate. Who are leaders of people (and not just their employees).
In the words of Steve Jobs. "Stay hungry. Stay foolish"
UPDATED.
From the Apple website.
Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the trouble-makers, the round pegs in the square holes, the ones who see things differently, who aren’t fond of rules and have no respect for the status quo…
The Crazy Ones.
